Planet Eclipse Drivetrain RE: POWERED
The IV core drivetrain became a hallmark of the Geo line, initially developed for the iconic GSL. Its launch marked a significant advancement in spool valve marker technology, being the first to integrate Breech Sensing technology, which elevated spool valve efficiency to that of poppet valve markers.
Breech Sensing technology works by using the pulse of air behind the ball to close off the main valve at a specific valve chamber pressure. This traps tail-end air that would otherwise be wasted, enhancing efficiency without affecting the paintball's velocity. This groundbreaking technology significantly improved paintball marker efficiency.
The Eclipse Geo R5 introduces the GR drivetrain, designed to enhance every aspect of the marker's performance, including efficiency, feel, sound signature, and ease of maintenance. This new drivetrain surpasses the legendary IV core with increased internal volume, low operating pressure, improved valve profiling, and advanced breech sensing technology, resulting in phenomenal shot quality and exceptional efficiency.
Additionally, the Geo R5 features the Solenoid Flow Restriction (SFR) system, allowing users to tune bolt speed and shot profile. The factory-installed high-flow SFR is adjustable for most playing conditions, with an optional low-flow SFR available for very hot environments.
Planet Eclipse Geo RE: IMAGINED
The rebirth of the Geo offers much more than just the new GR core. With a re-engineered solenoid and electronics layout, the Geo R5 presents a unique form and feel. The traditional Geo "bump" between the trigger guard and foregrip is gone, replaced by an ultra-skinny body, frame, and foregrip interface that brings the front hand higher and closer to the barrel axis. The increased space between the trigger guard and foregrip accommodates all playing styles. Visible eye covers have been removed for a cleaner, more streamlined look, with detents and breech sensor light pipes now hidden behind the new foregrip.
The wraparound rear grips house the new solenoid assembly and the latest MME electronics package, featuring an OLED graphical user interface, USB, and Bluetooth module. These allow for parameter adjustments via the app or control of other Bluetooth devices. The body and frame separate easily with no wires, cables, or hosing between them, maintaining the quick and easy separation of current Eclipse markers. The Geo R5 has been redesigned to offer a fresher and more efficient platform for both players and techs.
Planet Eclipse Geo RE: ALIGNED
Completing the Geo R5 performance package is the exceptional S63 Pro 3-piece barrel system, which has revolutionized control and precision in our high-end markers. Featuring Eclipse PWR Inserts, widely adopted by other brands, this 3-piece system exceeds all performance expectations and allows users to customize their barrel setup as needed.
Planet Eclipse Geo RE: LOADED
